Desert 200

Desert 200 Description

The Desert 200 brevet route will be a nice contrast to the flat routes of the other events. This is the exact same route as the final 200k on the 600k route, so riders will be able to ride with more cyclists. Highlights of this route include the lush Sonoran Desert in North Scottsdale, descending 9-mile hill, great views of 4-Peaks, “The Fountain” in Fountain Hills, Saguaro Lake, and Usery Pass. This should be a fun ride to compliment the other events of the weekend.

Services are located at regular intervals along the route.

Terrain: Long gradual climbs and descents are the norm on this route. There are no hard climbs.
