Ride Description


Tortilla Flat on the Apache Trail This route includes some of the most scenic sections found in the Phoenix area: Red Mountain, Saguaro Lake, Canyon Lake & Tortilla Flat.

Address: 1175 S. Arizona Ave, Chandler, AZ. Southeast corner of Pecos & Arizona Ave

From I-10, take exit 161 and get on AZ 202.

Go 7 miles. Take exit 47 for AZ-87/Arizona Ave.

Go 0.4 miles. L onto S Arizona Ave.

Go 0.2 miles. R into the mall.

Rider Info

Riders are expected to do simple repairs such as repair a flat tire.

Lights, safety vest/belt, and ankle bands are required if riding after sunset. There is only about 10 hours of daylight. Slower riders WILL be out after dark. Be safe and carry the equipment!

Start: Wal-Mart and other stores at the start.

Control #2 (25.2 miles): Baja gas station

Mile 72: Store & snack bar at Tortilla Flat has food and water.

Mile 83: Same store at Tortilla Flat

Mile 98: Dash In store on Lost Dutchman Blvd
